J’Adore Cakes Co is a cake and pastry shop located in East Toronto, specializing in cakes, confections and pastry.

About the Pastry Chef

Isabelle’s journey into the world of cake design began as a pastry chef. After graduating from the world renowned Le Cordon Bleu, she set out to become the best pastry chef she could be, working at great establishments such as The Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise.

As Isabelle ventured out into the pastry world, she discovered that her true passion for baking belonged in the world of cake. She stumbled upon the Bonnie Gordon College in 2006 and there began her obsession with cakes! And in 2009, with great excitement, she joined the Bonnie Gordon College as a teacher, helping and inspiring hundreds of aspiring cake designers!

Isabelle has won several cake competitions, including the 2010 Bonnie Gordon Cake Show. She also participated in the Royal Wedding Cake Competition on the Marilyn Denis Show, assisting the talented Lori Hutchinson.

She has also participated in several Food Network Challenges, bringing home first place for one of them! You can see Isabelle on the upcoming episode of The Food Network Challenge – A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving, where she assists Matt Somers.

Isabelle has also been featured in numerous wedding magazines, such as Wedding Bells and Toronto Life.

Through J’Adore Cakes Co., she has had wonderful opportunities to create stunning wedding cakes, gravity defying works of art, sweet treats and so much more, combining her love for baking and design.
